Please note, the leather tankards we offer are not designed to serve as official measurement tools. That said, each of our tankards is capacious enough to comfortably accommodate a pint of your favourite beverage.
Characteristics
In our strive for perfection, we do our utmost to ensure uniformity across our products. However, since we employ natural materials, inherent variations in colour, texture, and other aspects are inevitable. Each item, therefore, stands as a unique piece, embodying the distinctive traits of the raw materials used.
Return Policy
We at Mortuus Bestia take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are more than happy to offer a return or exchange under the following conditions.
Time frame for Returns
You may return or exchange any product, with the exception of any personalised or customised products, within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that items must be returned in their original condition.
Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact@mortuusbestia.com with your order number, details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with detailed instructions and a return address.

Please package the item securely and include a note with your order number and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Mortuus Bestia is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Contact@mortuusbestia.com and provide details of the damage along with any necessary photographs. We will work with you to replace your item as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your item for a different product of equal value. Please contact us at Contact@mortuusbestia.com to arrange an exchange.
Non-returnable Items
Please note that personalised and customised products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
